To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what measures his Department has taken to ensure that staff working in tax credit helpline call centres are trained about claimants' entitlement to be sent TC647 forms.
Advisers working on the tax credits helpline have access to on-line support and advice tools to help them in answering customers' questions. This is kept up to date and advisers are informed when changes are made to the tax credits system or when this guidance is amended.
