To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if she will assess the implications for the safety of young people in curfew areas where they may not be present in public in groups of more than two people.
There are no plans to assess the safety of individual children in areas that are subject to authorisations made under section 30 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 (dispersal orders).
