An assessment of the social and economic impact of the eight large and eight small casinos permitted under the Gambling Act will be conducted when the first of the new casinos has been trading for at least three years. The new casinos are not likely to be trading before 2010 or 2011 at the earliest. We do not expect the assessment to be completed before 2014.
