asked Her Majesty's Government:

How many and what proportion of staff employed by the Government Equalities Office are (a) from black and minority ethnic groups, and (b) female.

Of the 88 staff working in the Government Equalities Office, 11 (12 per cent) are from black and minority ethnic groups and 49 (56 per cent) are female.
