To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many home information packs have been commissioned by (a) his Department and (b) its agencies to market a residential property; for which properties; at what cost; and whether a voluntary home condition report was purchased as part of the packs.

This Department has commissioned two home information packs in respect of the disposal of 7 and 9 Ladysmith Road, Ashton-under- Lyne, Greater Manchester at a cost of £250.00 each. No voluntary home condition reports were provided.
