Do the numbers for Cyprus include the whole of Cyprus or just Southern Cyprus?

I just wonder why these figures have been "filled out" with various entries that are pretty irrelevent, such as "British Dependent Territories" which actually NO LONGER EXIST since the passing of the Overseas Territories Act 2002!

These are now called the United Kingdom Overseas Territories (UKOT's) of which others listed are a part, including St Helena.

This response suggests that the Minister of State for the Home Office has absolutely no idea as to what parts of the world are now considered a part of the United Kingdom by the United Kingdom Government...

I also wonder exactly which UKOT the single "British Dependent Territories" citizen came from, and whether or not the figures for "British Citizen" and "British National Overseas" have perhaps been inflated by those citizens of UKOT's who (since the 2002 Act) could similarly be classified under either of these headings...
