To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs whether any officials in (a) his Department and (b) its agencies were disciplined or dismissed for (i) alleged breaches of data protection requirements and (ii) inappropriate use of personal or sensitive data in each of the last three years for which figures are available.
