To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to the answer of 17 March 2008, Official Report, column 807W, on official residences, what the valuation of the Government House in Pimlico at its previous valuation was prior to the most recent valuation; and on what date that previous valuation was made.

The previous valuation was carried out in 2001 and valued the property at £1.8 million.
