Which areas of current public expenditure in Scotland are not covered by the Barnett formula.

The areas of current public spending in Scotland which are not covered by the Barnett formula are spending which is reserved to the UK Government under the Scotland Act and devolved AME spending. Further details are set out in the Statement of Funding Policy published by the Treasury in October 2007.
