To ask the Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills what estimate he has made of the proportion of first-time Level 3 adult further education students who are aged between 19 and 25 years.

The information requested is not available. However, we do know that 40 per cent. of full level 3 adult learners in Further Education (excluding work based learning and train to gain) were aged 19-25.
