To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what estimate her Department has made of the number of park homes which are used as houses of multiple occupation.
A park home cannot be a 'house in multiple occupation' because it is not a building for the purpose of applying one or more of the tests in section 254 of the Housing Act 2004.
