To ask the Secretary of State for Transport pursuant to the answer of 21 April 2008, Official Report, column 1445W, on M20: Noise, how many sites have been designated as high priority for resurfacing.

A total of 26 stretches of concrete carriageway were identified in April 2003 in England as high priority for resurfacing with quieter materials.

Isn't 5 years a long time for "high priority" or is that what we must expect from this government
