asked Her Majesty's Government:

What forms of notification they intend to employ to inform members of the public of their entitlement to the low tax rate abolition replacement compensation payments falling due in the 2008—09 tax year.

In his letter to the chairman of the House of Commons Treasury Committee on 23 April, the Chancellor said that a report will be published in time for the Pre-Budget Report, and that he will report back to the House in the Pre-Budget Report.
