To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland whether his Department provides (a) tax-free benefits and (b) other allowances for its staff to purchase bicycles under the Cycle to Work Scheme; and if he will make a statement.

All staff in the Scotland Office are on secondment from the Scottish Executive or the Ministry of Justice and are able to access any initiatives operated by their parent Departments.

Why does the Rt. Hon, Minister of State, David Cairns, insist on using the term "Scotish Executive" when the incoming Scottish National Party replaced it by the "Scottish Government" which is now recognised by the majority of the Scottish people as the correct title?
