To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster pursuant to the answer of 20 March 2008, Official Report, column 1307W, on official residences: repairs and maintenance, whether any (a) cleaning, (b) minor works and (c) refurbishment have been undertaken on the Prime Minister's personal residence in Downing Street following the departure of the previous Prime Minister.

The costs of refurbishment of the Prime Minister's official residence and the Downing Street complex are given on a regular basis following the end of the financial year.
