To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many residential properties his Department owns; how many of these are vacant; and how many of these have been vacant for longer than (a) three, (b) six and (c) 12 months.

The Northern Ireland Office owns 16 residential properties, 13 of which are currently occupied. The three vacant properties are with estate agents for sale on the open market; one is only recently vacated, one has been vacant for over three months, the other for over six months.
