The commitment that the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) made three years ago, when the 13 per cent increase in fees was agreed, to maintain the improvement to forward booking time performance in respect of timely appointments at vehicle testing stations has been delivered. VOSA's booking time performance improved from 18 working days in 2005 to the latest figures from February 2008 of between three and 13 working days across the country.
