To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what plans his Department has to reduce the number of young people not in training, employment or education.
The proportion of young people not in training, education or employment has fallen over the past decade. To make further progress, we will give early new deal access to 18-year-olds who claim jobseeker's allowance having already spent a period not working or studying.
