To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families what the average class sizes were in (a) primary and (b) secondary schools in (i) Cornwall, (ii) the south-west and (iii) England in 2006-07.
The average class sizes for both primary and secondary schools in Cornwall, the south-west and England are all shown in the following table.
