To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what financial support his Department provided to promote (a) sport and (b) the arts in the North East in each of the last five years.
DCMS has provided the following financial support to promote (a) Sport and (b) the Arts in the North East in each of the last five years through Sport England and the Arts Council respectively.
