To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many energy inspectors will be required to meet the requirement for Energy Performance Certificates on (a) commercial property, (b) private rented accommodation and (c) social housing.

The number of assessors needed will depend on market conditions and on the level of demand for voluntary certificates ahead of time.
