To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many people in each region claiming incapacity benefits experienced (a) alcoholism, (b) drug abuse, (c) depression and (d) other long-term mental conditions and problems in each year since 2002; and what proportion of total incapacity benefits claimants each category represented in each region.
