When photographs of Ministers are used by DWP internal communications, they have been for organograms. Two have been produced during this period—one in 2004 which included photographs of DWP's executive team and Ministers at a cost of £1,200 and another in 2007 which included DWP's executive team and Ministers at a cost of £700. Research conducted since then has indicated a staff preference for organisation charts to be available electronically and these are now being produced by DWP internal communications at no cost to the Department.
