To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform if he will bring forward legislative proposals to ensure that all complaints against insolvency practitioners are investigated by a body independent of the accountancy and law trade associations.

There are no plans to bring forward such legislative proposals.
