To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer on what date HM Revenue and Customs first informed the police of the loss of the computer discs containing the data of child benefit claimants.
The former Chairman of HMRC, Paul Gray, asked the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) to investigate the loss of the child benefit datadisks on 15 November 2007.
