The Liverpool office of the Border and Immigration Agency has improved access to its services, opening from 9 am to 9 pm. The office does not deal with new passport applications but helps customers calling about immigration or citizenship applications, including returns of documents such as overseas national passports. There are no plans to extend the service further.
