To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport pursuant to the statement of 15 March 2007, Official Report, columns 450-52, on the 2012 Olympics, when her Department plans to bring forward regulations to enact the decision to transfer an additional £675 million of lottery funding to pay for the London Olympics in 2012.

I have undertaken to consult lottery distributors, the devolved administrations and other key stakeholders about the proposed transfers. This will be launched soon and will run for three months. We will bring forward secondary legislation after the consultation is completed.
