To ask the Secretary of State for Transport whether agencies responsible to his Department will be involved in the enforcement of the London low emission zone.

The London Low Emission Zone is the responsibility of the Mayor of London. Enforcement activities in relation to the Zone will be delivered by Transport for London, with support from the DVLA in the form of vehicle and keeper details, and from the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency in the form of vehicle registration marks.
