To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what proportion of repeat applications for disability living allowance for under 18-year-olds (a) were down rated and (b) received no new award in the last period for which figures are available; what proportion of such applications were appealed in that period; and what proportion of those appeals were successful.
