I am delighted to see Colin Burgon raise this important issue. The Government's pathetic response comes as no surprise, given its position as supine Poodle to US foreign policy.

I wonder if we will see a further extension of US-sponsored (with tacit British support) proposals in respect of other Left-Wing Latin American Democracies like Bolivia,Nicaragua,Ecuador etc.Anglo-Saxon hypocrisy continues to take the breath away especially when one considers the perversion of representative Democracy in the Freedom-exporting countries, namely the US/UK Axis.
