As announced at the 2006 pre-Budget report, all planning-gain Supplement (PGS) revenues generated in the devolved Administrations would be returned to the country in which they were generated. The use of PGS funds in the devolved Administrations would be determined by the relevant Administrations, although it is proposed that PGS revenues should be dedicated to infrastructure throughout the UK.
