asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether there are any non-ministerial government departments which are governed by a board which comprises both executive and non-executive members; and, if so, whether they will list those bodies, their governing statutes and the composition of their boards.

Information on non-ministerial departments, including their parent departments and responsible Ministers, can be found in the List of Ministerial Responsibilities, copies of which are available in the Library for the reference of noble Lords.
