Dr Wright,

I'm assuming this question may be related to my recent communications with you regarding the current housing situation and overpricing of property.

I would like to sincerely thank you for raising this question, and I hope the figures quoted demonstrate the underlying reason behind runaway property inflation: a shortage of housing.

Thank you again for raising the question. I am not alone in my appreciation.

Regards,

Mark Rudd.
