To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many police officers are serving within Northern Ireland constabularies.
I am advised that as of February 2007 the number of police officers serving within Northern Ireland constabularies is as follows:

Belfast Harbour police | 30 |
Larne Harbour police | 7 |
Airport police | (1)24 |
(1 )24 officers at present, but in the process of recruiting extra staff which will bring the number up to 27 officers in total. |
