To ask the hon. Member for North Devon, representing the House of Commons Commission whether representatives from the Department of Constitutional Affairs have attended meetings of the House of Commons Commission in the last two years.
No, but the Commission has given permission for House officials to discuss with DCA officials the guidance being prepared by the Department for public authorities responding to FOI requests involving Members' correspondence.
