To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how complaints about the leadership of the director-general of the Prison Service and the provision by him to his staff of organisation, support and preparation for their work are investigated.
Complaints about the leadership of the director-general of the Prison Service would be dealt with by the chief executive of the National Offender Management Service and her office, who would investigate the complaint with the director-general's office.
