To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on how many occasions raw sewage has been found on or near the English coastline since 2001; in how many cases a prosecution was brought in respect thereof; and if he will make a statement.

Exact figures on the number of prosecutions in respect of raw sewage pollution on or near the English coastline are not held centrally.
