To ask the Deputy Prime Minister what discussions he has had with the relevant water companies on their capacity to supply all the projected new homes in London and the South East.
The Deputy Prime Minister has not held discussions with the water companies on these issues. However, Baroness Andrews met the water companies, the Environment Agency and Ofwat on 7 March this year at a seminar organised by ODPM at which these issues were discussed.
