To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what proportion of claims made for the inaugural single farm payment have had letters of entitlements from her Department declared invalidated.

Approximately two thirds of entitlement statements were issued to Single Payment Scheme applicants whose claims had not completed full validation.
