To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what estimate he has made of the number of children smuggled into the UK in each of the last five years from (a) EU countries and (b) the rest of the world; and if he will make a statement.

The Home Office does not hold centrally, figures relating to the numbers of children smuggled into the UK.
