The Government publish an annual list of gifts received by Ministers valued at more than £140. The list provides details of the value of the gifts and whether they were retained by the department or purchased by the Minister. Copies of the lists, which cover information dating back to June 2001, are available in the Library.

The rules on the declaration of gifts received by Ministers to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs are set out in chapter 5 of the Ministerial Code.
