To ask the Secretary of State for Defence

(1) if he will list sites in the UK occupied by Qinetiq; and how much land is owned in each case;

(2) if he will list sites owned by Qinetiq in the UK that have planning permission for (a) greenfield and (b) brownfield developments.

(1) At what percentage of a "golden share" of a formerly public company does land ownership cease being a private operational matter? 99.9%?

(2) Sites with UK planning permission is not a private matter; this is government information.

Maybe Mr Reid doesn't want to add up the figures because it would go a long way towards explaining that the massive "increase" in value of the company was due to a massive undervaluing at sell-off.
