To ask the Secretary of State for Health when she expects to be in a position to publish the Mental Health Bill.
The Mental Health Bill will be introduced when the legislative timetable permits.

this is hardly an answer...in light of the guardian and the independent claiming it has been shelved and now it could go through in 2 weeks...sounds as though it could get pushed through on a "good day for bad news" which will be a disgrace....when is the government going to realise they are the only ones pro it the lords don't like it the service user's don't like it most of the back benchers don't like it so why don't they start again....using the service user's and carer's in this country to help write a wonderful mental health bill which is "inclusive" and for the patient's well being, protection and human rights, surely that is the prime reason to have a bill.....
