To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions he plans to have with President Hu of China during his visit to the UK regarding China's use of political psychiatry.
My right hon. Friend the Prime Minister raised human rights issues with President Hu during his visit. My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary did not hold a separate meeting with the President.
