Most offences in the Terrorism Act 2000 do not rely on a link with a proscribed organisation. Such a link is necessary only in respect of the offences in sections 11 to 13, and even in such cases, the particular proscribed organisation involved is not expressly reflected in the indictment. Accordingly, the information requested is not readily available and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
