To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many antisocial behaviour orders have been served on people with (a) mental health problems and (b) disabilities.

Information is not collected centrally about the characteristics of persons issued with an antisocial behaviour order.

This answer is totally un acceptable.
If asbo's are to be handed out to all and sundry we need to keep an eye on the numbers locally and nationally. Checking that these new powers are not being misused. It is essential to know who is being targeted....Ethnic minorities etc
