asked Her Majesty's Government:
What action they propose to take concerning the chief executive of Waterways Ireland, following the recent investigation into staff bullying and harassment.
I refer the noble Lord to Appendix 1.4 and Appendix 2 in the joint statement on the Waterways Ireland investigation, issued on 4 April 2005 by the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) and the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (DCRGA).
A copy of the statement is available in the Library and I have nothing further to add.
