To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what measures UK Trade and Investment staff take to ensure that the lists of agents they provide to British companies include only agents committed to non-bribery principles.

The onus remains with UKTI customers to satisfy themselves as to the business standing and integrity of potential agents.
