To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills how many universities offer degrees in cooking pastry that qualify people to become pastry chefs.

The information is not held centrally. The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service's website currently lists 16 universities and colleges which offer courses in culinary arts or management, but it does not include detailed descriptions of the content of these courses.

The job pays 15K, should people really go into debt to get a degree to do the job.

But you would have to earn more than £15k before you repaid anything.
