We hold regular discussions with the Ethiopian Government. I have spoken with Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles on many occasions since the beginning of 2004, most recently on 24 February 2005. These discussions have focused on a range of issues, including: the Ethiopia-Eritrea Border Dispute, human rights, poverty reduction and the forthcoming Ethiopian parliamentary elections on 15 May.
